Fun fact! Traditional Soju had an alcohol content of 40%, which is equal to the alcohol content in spirits and hard liquor found today! However, lower percentage alcohol is being produced now to attract the younger crowd, who prefers lighter Soju.


Soju bottles are mostly in green. Here is how to generally identify the alcohol percentages of Soju:
